ATTENTION EVERYONE!  On May 1st at 7PM CrossFit Fairfield Bootcamp will be hosting a fun 5k/pork burger dinner.  Brittney will be riding her bike with the group, going from front to back, while you run and I will be manning the grill.  Please let either Brittney or I know if you plan on coming, so we can be sure to have plenty of food and drinks for everyone.  This event is open to ALL CFF members.  We hope to see everyone there and remember it doesn’t matter how fast or slow you run, its still more than the people sitting on their couch are doing.
